Zumba Fitness Class

Tuesdays at 9 am and Saturdays at 9:10 am
Zumba fitness is a fitness dance exercise program that keeps everyone  motivated by creating a fun atmosphere. Zumba instructors will take their students through a combination of dance steps such as merengue, reggaetone and salsa. Zumba also incorporates fitness exercises such as bicep curls, knee lifts and squats etc. Great for all levels.
 
  • Beginners Step - A great introduction to the step. Learn the basics while getting a cardiovascular workout.
     
  • Step & Sculpt - An intermediate step class with some choreography and intense muscle conditioning.
     
  • Pilates - Consists of conscious muscle control. Strengthen and tone muscles while improving posture, balance & flexibility. For all levels.
     
  • Senior Fitness & Low Impact Conditioning - Cardiovascular & muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance. For all levels, ages, and both men and women.
     
  • Group Personal Training - Combines cardio and intense muscle work with little or no choreography. Multiple levels demonstrated making this class great for all levels.
  • Cardio Kick - Basic kick-boxing combinations with both cardio and muscle toning benefits.
     
  • Body Pump - Muscle conditioning for the entire body. For all levels.
     
  • Personal Trainer - A certified personal trainer is available if you desire ongoing individualized training. Visit the Welcome Desk for information.
