Music & Worship

 

When Jesus was asked which of the commandments was the greatest, he replied, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength."  Worship is our response to God’s revelation of Himself in our lives and through His word, the Bible.  When we know Him, and recognize his greatness and goodness, we respond to Him in worship.  At Taylors First Baptist Church, our priority is to authentically worship and bring glory to the Creator.  Our goal in the Music & Worship Ministry is to provide opportunities for transformational worship – where we can meet Him, worship Him with all that we are, know Him more fully, and be changed by Him

 

The Arts began in the church, and we are seeking to bring them back to the church.  Our mission is to help believers discover their artistic gifts and find a place to use them. Choirs, instrumental groups, drama and dance teams, visual arts and design, media and video production teams provide opportunities for expressing our love for God in worship.
